The first priority of The American Education A+® Customer Support Team is to help every educator and administrator to better understand and be more successful with the A+ software product family. To add to our support offering, we developed an online A+LS™ Information Library that contains hundreds of pages of product information and FAQs. Whether you represent a large district, small district, homeschool user, or someone in between — this page is designed to help you find answers to some of the more frequently asked technical support questions.

We have spent many hours developing the new A+LS Information Library, and would like to invite you to make this your first stop when you have a technical question regarding the A+ software family.
