This service is available only to our customers that have purchased either a Ruby or an Emerald support package.
If you have recently purchased a support package, you should have received a user name and password for access to the chat room. If you are an existing customer who purchased any of our support packages and would like to sign up for the chat room, please email support@amered.com.
The chat room is available during standard business hours (7 a.m. - 7 p.m. CST) and will be monitored by an experienced technical support specialist.
