The ALSPURGE.EXE (click here to download) gets copied into the ALS\UTILS folder - it's launched from there much like the other programs in that folder.

In a normal user database you will have users listed under "Active" and under "Deleted." The users listed under "Deleted" have been deleted out of the program by the Admin in the User window in A+LS.

You have the choice of purging users or classes. By default, the Users are going to be selected.

If you want to purge only selected users on either side, you can click on the name to highlight it and then Ctrl - click on the remaining names to be purged. Or you can choose to Select All, and then Purge Selected Users.

Be aware that the users are PERMANENTLY removed from the program with no chance of recovery. You will want to make a backup of the USER.DB in the ALS\DATA folder before you do this in case you make a mistake.
